Had a fantastic time with my friends! The location was perfect, close to the Wells Fargo Arena and lots of popular spots downtown. The shuttle service was super convenient for hitting up nearby restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly too, making our stay enjoyable. I definitely recommend checking it out for a fun group trip!
One downside was the breakfast buffet. it wasn't great despite being free, so I'd suggest skipping it.

Nice atmosphere in the bar, paired with excellent home-baked Alentejo bread made the experience enjoyable. Rooms are well-decorated but some have smaller bathrooms. The staff was friendly and responded promptly to a maintenance issue. Noise from the street was minimal, making for a pleasant stay overall.

Couples seeking an alright stay
The staff was kind, helped me out when I needed those extra pillows on a whim. Even the shuttle driver was a real gem, went out of his way to make sure I got where I needed to go. Like, who does that anymore? A fruit from his bag. That level of kindness just doesn’t exist these days!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was acceptable all things considered.

I recently stayed here for a night and really enjoyed the little things, like the handy fridge in the room and the quality toiletries in the shower. The hotel had a great lounge area to relax and even a cozy seating nook for watching TV. The only thing was that the bed felt a bit too soft for my taste, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. I’d definitely recommend checking it out! 😊
